Aanvragen voor certificatie, portfoliocheck en hercertificeren.
Uw kunt eenvoudig uw aanvraag eenvoudig doen via het NDC-CI Portaal.
Het NDC-CI Portaal vindt u via deze link https://www.ndcci-portal.nl
Kies aub voor INLOGGEN als u al een NDC-CI certificaat heeft. Uw gegevens zijn dan al ingevoerd in het Portaal.
Kies aub voor AANMELDEN als u nog geen NDC-CI certificaat heeft. U wordt gevraagd uw gegevens in te voeren.
INLOGGEN
Log in met uw email adres en wachtwoord.
Als u nog geen wachtwoord heeft, of als u deze vergeten bent, dan kunt u kiezen voor 'reset wachtwoord'.
Zodra u bent ingelogd kunt u uw aanvraag eenvoudig indienen.
In veel gevallen (bijvoorbeeld voor een portfoliocheck) zal de aanvraag al voor u klaarstaan zodat u deze gemakkelijk kunt afronden.
AANMELDEN
Kies aub voor aanmelden indien u nog geen NDC CI certificaat heeft.
Voer vervolgens uw email adres in.
Kies de optie 'Ik wil mij aanmelden als 'Kandidaat zonder NDCCI certificaat''
Klik vervolgens op 'Opvragen pincode' zodat u een code ontvangt via de email.
Voer deze code in en dien uw aanvraag in.
U kunt hierna inloggen en gebruik maken van uw account. (zie hierboven)

NDCCI PAS
Het NDCCI pasje wordt verstrekt aan alle certificaathouders na een positieve afronding van het (her)certificatie-proces.
Indien u het pasje bent verloren kunt u een nieuwe aanvragen via het NDCCI Portaal.

You can submit your application by using the NDC-CI Portaal.

Please choose LOG IN if you already have an NDCCI certificate.
Please choose REGISTER if you don't have an NDCCI certificate. You can proceed and make a personal account.
LOG IN
Please login with your emailaddress and password.
If you haven't got a password (or lost it) please choose 'reset password'
When you are logged in you can easily submit your application.
In most cases (i.e. 2-yearly portfoliocheck, notification) your application will already be displayed on your dashboard so you can start it directly.
REGISTER
Please choose register if you haven't got an NDCCI certificate.
Enter your emailaddress.
Choose the option: 'I want to register as a candidate without an NDCCI certificate'
Click on 'request pincode' and you will receive the code by email.
Enter this code and submit your request.
After this you can login (see instructions login) and use your account.

NDCCI PASS
De NDCCI Pass will be provided to all certifcate holders after a positive (re)certification.
If you lost your pass you can request a new one through NDCCI Portal.
